Amenities

Vehicles will not be stored on the property. All vehicles must be in running condition and will have an up-to-date inspection sticker and license tag. Nothing larger than a van is permitted on the property. Absolutely no parking or driving of vehicles is permitted on the lawn or sidewalks of the apartment complex. All vehicles must be parked in authorized parking areas only. There is to be No Parking of Vehicles in the FIRE LANE and in any NO PARKING ZONE. (Areas marked with either signage and/or yellow curb.
